What We Do
Primary Healthcare services are essential for the well-being of communities but there is still a critical need for proper medical care in Coastal Region of Andhra Pradesh. With an aim to strengthen the underserved, ESRMS has been making high-quality healthcare affordable and accessible to the socio-economically backward rural population in its target locations.
ESRMS is dedicated to provide highest quality healthcare services for target Villages and have taken measures to maintain it. The organization has a robust monitoring system in place for the day-to-day supervision and monitoring of activities. President and Secretary are assisted by Field Coordinators for proper implementation the envisaged activities.

- Preventive and Curative Healthcare Services
- Immunization – Referral & Accompaniment services to the needy
- Health Education for male and female youth from Coastal Villages
- Kitchen Garden promotion and raising of country fowls
- Organizing free medical and health care services in Coastal Mandals
- Conducting free Out Patient services & extending free scanning and surgeries
- Organizing food camps for Orphan and Semi-Orphan aged people
- Sensitization of lactating Mothers on importance of breast feeding
- Disaster preparedness – Relief, Recovery and Restoration
- Educational services – Organizing Tuition Centers for slow learners
- Women Empowerment – Skill Development & Income Generation initiatives
- Awareness generation on HIV&AIDS, COVID and other communicable diseases
